Except for established accounts, generally retailers on Net 30, Above the Timber accepts only prepaid orders via U.S.Mail. No phone orders are accepted. The listed phone and fax numbers are for information and established wholesale accounts, not retail orders. Above the Timber encourages Colorado customers to purchase from Colorado retailers. Sales Tax

Colorado customers must include 2.9% sales tax. Customers anywhere but Colorado should not include sales tax.

Shipping & Handling (USA only)

Include $5.05 for any quantity of Books
